The switch panel for the right chair was damaged and wouldn't work. The switches were small metal pieces that form a touch-sensitive circuit. I turned it on, and with a flashlight, could see that the image was there, it's just that the backlight wasn't working. Tried this: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ehw6UYie1g> It worked! It involved taking apart the upper portion to get behind the display, and I peeled back the tape holding the main ribbon connector in the back, then pushing it away a bit, then closing it back up. Now it works!
