Pocket Door

(Between Master Bedroom and Bath)

The door was squeaking when opening, so decided to lubricate it.

	* Stand in bedroom and take off left vertical trim. You might need to take off more trim to do this well.
	* At the bottom of the door, where the door leaves the pocket, is a metal piece which keeps the door from swinging. There should be one exposed nail which removes easily. Then push metal piece down to allow clearance so the bottom of the door can be swung into the Master Bed…

House Roof

I (with helpers) took off the old California style roof, including about 4 tons of gravel, in approximately 2010. It is “peel and stick” My notes show this:

Liberty SBS Self-Adhering Roof System [apparently by GAF]

I also installed a Solatube in the kitchen area. Bryce did much of the cutting, which was difficult because there was gravel there at the time.

Toilet, Master Bath

Purchased and installed new toilet in master bathroom. My water bill seems high, hopefully this will help.

Used this no-wax seal. Seems to be working. I know I had problems sealing before. Rick had brought me a 2nd wax ring years ago. At this time, I removed the wax and just used this seal instead, about $9 from Home Depot.
