Pets Hazel Hazel was born approximately 1/1/2002. April Shultz was the original owner, and Robert and I took her because she was not getting along with other dogs at Rick and Julie's home. Hazel passed away 11/4/2019, put to sleep at Afford-a-Vet. She had not been eating, barely drinking, distressed breathing, confused.
