1/28/2015: Replaced both tires on CBR600RR today from I-90 motorsports for $551, mileage about 10790. Took about 50 minutes, had lunch at nearby XXX restaurant (cash only).
3/14/2015: Last week, Brent changed the air filter with a B&N Re-cleanable version. I bought this air cleaner because my mileage as declined from about 39 to about 36. After the replacement, the bike seems to sound better, and have better power. Mileage measurements will hopefully confirm this.
3/28/2015: Mileage hasn't improved much - the reduced mileage may have been caused by faster driving, because I drive to work when traffic is lighter.
4/13/2015: A piece of steel punctured the back tire on new Benson on the way home from work. Brent took the wheel to I-90 Motorsports and they replaced it for about $310. Brent brought the old tire home though, so that if this happens again, maybe I can patch the tire and use it, because the damage was merely a 1/8-inch puncture. Mileage is about 12,500.
