Noma Chipper with Tecumseh 5 h.p. gas engine

Looked at engine, it has this stamped on the side: H50-65581U

Trying to replace pull starter. After research, ordered 590666a, 9/30/2015.

According to a guide, engine model number is one of OVRM50, V50, TVM125, LAV50, VH50, ULT50, VLV50, VLXL50, but the model stamped on the housing doesn't agree.
