Sforzando Player

This is a SF2 and SFZ player. VSampler can save setups as SF2, and then the Sforzando player can play them. This is important because VSampler is 32-Bit, and Sforzando has a 64-bit version, so older VSampler instruments can be imported and used within the 64-bit Sonar X3/Platinum.
