There are small cabin reading lights in a Bombadier Challenger, and there are two or three of them that are not working. I have two of them, and need to investigate to see if they can be repaired.

The part number CL16W25-3 seems to be searchable, but prices are not shown.

Checked the circuitry and noticed that each of the two has a small micro fuse:

They are blown, measured with a meter. Ordered 10 from Arrow Electronics, ETA 12/29/2016

Noticed that the fuse is on different sides of the circuit board on the two examples. Perhaps one of them has been replaced before.

It appears that the power that connects to the choke is Positive, but I'm not 100% certain.
