I had purchased PMDG's 737NGX. They have a new version which I downloaded, which is compatible with the Steam version of FSX.

I know that I used to be able to view the FMS straight on. I can get to it by clicking the center of the FMS view in the Virtual Cockpit view, but I think there is a keyboard shortcut to get there.

After capturing ILS with APPRoach mode, you get the Single Channel mode if one of the two autopilots is not on CMD, or if one of the two autopilots is not tuned to the right ILS channel.

After capturing the glide slope, you'll see “Single Channel” in Yellow, warning you that the autopilot is following the glide slope, but you are not in autoland mode. After dropping between 1500 AGL, press the CMD B. The Purple diamonds (Horizontal and Vertical guides) will flash for about 200 feet - this is a self test. After this, you see a green CMD, and FLARE in white letters appears to indicate you are in autoland mode.
