Malfunction - X-Axis not centered, eratic

Measured about 3.5 volts - seems low.

Hall Effect Sensor in Center

Guessing E1 is Zener Diode. Left connector is wired to circuit board in yoke, connecting to triggers, thumbsticks, etc. The X-Axis started working again for a while when I connected oscilloscope probe to right-most connection (which goes to pin 3 of the Hall Effect Sensor - Output). Maybe Zener Diode has connection problem? Hall Effect Sensor Back
