Obtained iglesiacristiananuevavida.org from goDaddy.com, 10/29/2015. Had some difficulty pointing to my BlueHost hosting account, because I didn't successfully repoint the name servers. Finally found instructions at https://www.godaddy.com/help/set-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-us-12317, as follows:

1. Select the domain name you want to use, click Text Icon (Settings) and select Manage DNS.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. Under Nameservers, click Manage.
4. Under Setup type, select Custom.
5. Click Enter custom nameservers.
6. Enter the two custom nameservers your hosting provider gave you and click OK.

This worked, then set up in bluehost.com cPanel.
