[10/21/2019] My dad's laptop which has Windows 10 Home, had no way to add a new user. Found a way, run this as administrator from the command line:

• netplwiz

That laptop has vncserver 6.6.0 on it, linked to my account with the same password as my WiFi.

Experiencing delays and stuttering in the keyboard and mouse. Noticed in Device Manager for Keyboard, HID Keyboard is listed twice. Deleted one of them, it seems to be better. Web site suggested updating this driver.
