These are notes explaining where to backup content on the backup NAS server.

Periodically, I can backup to a removable hard drive for off-site storage.

(Starting at the root of the NAS share)

• archive (sole copy of limited-need files)
  • encrypt (Archive TrueCrypt backup image files)

• backup
  • blender (textures, docs, etc.)
  • Cakewalk Projects
  • Documents (copied from “My Documents)
  • download (from web, with license info)
  • mp3s (from c: and f: drives)
  • encrypt (Active TrueCrypt backup image files)
  • photos
  • pictures (from Canon and others, in Windows Pictures directories)
  • Projects (All files contained in Project directories on PC drives)
  • QuickenBak (Quicken Backup Files (out of date))
  • userRoot (stuff located at c:/Users/dan worthy of saving)

• misc (Files on NAS that aren't archive or backup)
