Obtained ''iglesiacristiananuevavida.org'' from goDaddy.com, 10/29/2015. Had some difficulty pointing to my BlueHost hosting account, because I didn't successfully repoint the name servers. Finally found instructions at https://www.godaddy.com/help/set-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-us-12317, as follows:

==== Changing Nameservers, 6 Domains or Fewer ====

    - Select the domain name you want to use, click Text Icon (Settings) and select Manage DNS.
    - Click the Settings tab.
    - Under Nameservers, click Manage.
    - Under Setup type, select Custom.
    - Click Enter custom nameservers.
    - Enter the two custom nameservers your hosting provider gave you and click OK.

This worked, then set up in bluehost.com cPanel.
