 +When looking at the end of the connector, with the round sides up, the left connector is Positive, and the right connector is Negative. I applied 23 volts, and both lights worked after changing the fuses and repairing broken wires. The cooling fans aren't spinning - not sure if this is because they are not hot, or because part of the housing completes the ground part of the circuit.

 +When the two lights were installed, one had its fuse blown again. This is probably because of a white pinched wire that is on the circuit board. I replaced this with a longer red wire, and soldered on another fuse.
