+The part number CL16W25-3 seems to be searchable, but prices are not shown.
+Checked the circuitry and noticed that each of the two has a small micro fuse:

+They are blown, measured with a meter. Ordered 10 from Arrow Electronics, ETA 12/29/2016
+Noticed that the fuse is on different sides of the circuit board on the two examples. Perhaps one of them has been replaced before.
+It appears that the power that connects to the choke is Positive, but I'm not 100% certain.

+There is a MOSFET (the largest active component) IRLZ44S, {{:projects:challengerlightrepair:91329.pdf|obtained manual.}}. From this, I'm assuming that pin S needs to be at ground.

+Measuring continuity on the circuit board, it appears that the connection points should be like this:

+When looking at the end of the connector, with the round sides up, the left connector is Positive, and the right connector is Negative. I applied 23 volts, and both lights worked after changing the fuses and repairing broken wires. The cooling fans aren't spinning - not sure if this is because they are not hot, or because part of the housing completes the ground part of the circuit.

+When the two lights were installed, one had its fuse blown again. This is probably because of a white pinched wire that is on the circuit board. I replaced this with a longer red wire, and soldered on another fuse.
+The remaining fuses **are located** in the small drawer labeled "fuses" above the work bench.
